Essential UI/UX Research Documentation

The documents I have listed below are essential in recording usability testing data to develop and provide direction of initial assertions with respect to the UI design. This list is what I consider the bare minimum when trying to develop any kind of recommendations with developers during Agile development cycles. All-in-One Usability Testing software tools such as Axure provide templates for novice UX practitioners that need a general starting point.

I am a technologist with a strong background in software engineering. I have many interests. My current distractions are 70s-80s-90s music [it's a very eclectic collection], ontology, information architecture, mobile device technology, medical bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, and nanorobotics.
