Tech Things to do for the Summer 2014

These are just things off the top of my head in no cohesive manner. I’m studying in the library with Joseph on 118 stuff.

BUILD WEB PAGES

Learn one of the following: HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS2, CSS3, XML, XSLT, jQuery, Javascript, object-oriented Javascript

BUILD WED SERVERS

Learn one of the following: Build a static HTML web page, build a dynamic PHP web page, build pages using Drupal, build pages using WordPress, build pages using Joomla, build a Sharepoint site

LEARN DESIGNING

responsive design, color theory, content management, project managent

BUILD IMAGES AND WEB CONTENT

Learn one of the following:

Photoshop images using layers and masking for transparency effects with web pages, GIMP to crop and edit images for web content

LEARN DOT NET PROGRAMMING

Learn one of the following: C# (pronounced ‘see-sharpe’).NET(pronounced ‘dot net’), ASP.NET, Internet Information Services 6 or 7, build a local network domain, build roles and security policies using Active Directory, Define an Active Directory an domain and forest, setup person profiles, setup and enforce security and encryption for information assets

LEARN MAC STUFF
Learn to work with a Mac, build apps with a MAC, learn MAC networking between iMAC-iPhone-iPad-iWatch, Mac, MAC programming, Objective-C fundamentals

I am a technologist with a strong background in software engineering. I have many interests. My current distractions are 70s-80s-90s music [it's a very eclectic collection], ontology, information architecture, mobile device technology, medical bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, and nanorobotics.
